till your mud settles and the water is clear?

Can you remain unmoving

  • October 6 to November 10, 2022
  • Cost: $60 for 6-week session, $10 drop in rate per session

If you’ve been wanting to learn how to practice mindfulness or to refresh or renew the practice you’ve already established, please join this six-week introduction to meditation course. We will explore how to become safely embodied, to steady our minds, and to work compassionately with the thoughts and feelings we discover as we tune into our present moment experience.

Fran Lewandoski has been practicing mindfulness meditation with the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW) since 1997. She is a meditation teacher-in-training with the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. Fran is an LCSW with 25 years of experience supporting children and families in school settings as well as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner® interested in how connecting deeply with oneself and others supports healing and resilience.

Be joyful though you have considered all the facts.
